Midnight Express Fitness Policies

- Health and Safety: Clients are required to inform trainers of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to commencing any fitness program.
- Age Requirement: Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older, unless parental or guardian consent is provided.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled via the Trainerize app or directly with a trainer. Reservations for group classes must be made in advance to secure availability.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Personal training and group sessions require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
- Sessions missed without prior notice will be charged in full.
- Late Arrivals: Sessions will conclude at their scheduled time regardless of client tardiness, in order to respect the schedules of other clients.
3. Payment and Refunds
- Payment Terms: Payment for all services must be made in advance. Accepted payment methods include online transactions via our website, app, or other designated platforms.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued only for unused sessions if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refunds are not provided for partially used packages or missed sessions.
- Subscription Services: Clients who subscribe to services through the Trainerize app may cancel their subscription at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.
4. Use of Trainerize App
- Account Setup: Clients are required to establish an account on the Trainerize app to gain access to their programs, track progress, and communicate with trainers.
- Privacy and Data: Personal data will be safeguarded and used exclusively for fitness-related purposes in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.
5. Code of Conduct
- Professional Behavior: All clients and trainers are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect.
- Equipment Use: Proper and responsible use of gym equipment is mandatory to ensure safety and prevent damage.
- Cleanliness: Clients are responsible for cleaning equipment after use and adhering to hygiene standards during sessions.
6. Mobile and On-Demand Services
- Service Areas: Mobile services are available in designated locations. Availability depends on the client’s area; please contact us for further details.
- On-Site Requirements: Clients must ensure an appropriate and secure environment for mobile training sessions.
7. Termination of Services
- Policy Compliance: Midnight Express Fitness reserves the right to terminate services in the event that a client fails to adhere to the policies outlined herein.
